Internal Control Officer

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal control, risk management, and governance activities across business units.
• Maintain and update company policies, process flowcharts, and control documentation to reflect business changes.
• Coordinate audit and assessment activities, including document controls, stakeholder interviews, and remediation follow-up.
• Monitor and track audit findings, risk mitigation actions, and management action plans.
• Facilitate periodic risk assessments and maintain the corporate risk register.
• Coordinate policy awareness training and support ad hoc audit projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in internal control, internal audit, risk management, compliance, or corporate governance.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive actions and follow up effectively across multiple functions.
• Highly organized, resilient, and able to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
• Quick to understand business processes and able to translate governance requirements into practical actions.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, with strong report writing and presentation capabilities.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Internal Control Officer
