Key responsibilities

• Conduct business process reviews with an E2E cross Market and NBS perspective helping to identify meaningful opportunities and recommendation
• Support Market and NBS on understanding the control monitoring tools and identify tangible actions for gaps and opportunities
• Review dashboards and analytics (ex : KRI, Balance Sheet Integrity), to identify blind spots and opportunities and anomalies, and prepare insights for Market and NBS teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage deadlines, and ensure control assessments ISMS controls are implemented and certified
• Facilitate training sessions on compliance, validate RPA and automation controls

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting Preferably with license as CPA
• Experience in a cross-functional, and multicultural environment
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in finance, supply chain and factory finance
• Finance & balance sheet expertise, controlling
• Business & process understanding across Market and NBS
• Operations understanding : Supply Chains, Procurement, Factory
• Stakeholder management
• Analytical skills & problem solving
• Data analytics (Power BI, Excel)
• Deadline management
• Curiosity and open-mindedness to uncover blind spots and identify opportunities
