Internal Controls Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, implement and monitor internal control systems and procedures to mitigate financial and operational risks
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
• Work closely with department heads to enhance internal controls and promote a culture of accountability
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for senior management
• Ensure the company's financial activities comply with relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Provide training and guidance to finance and operational staff on internal control best practices
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of bachelor's degree in Accountancy
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is highly desirable
• 5+ years of experience in internal audit or internal controls, preferably within the retail or manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, risk management, and internal control frameworks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software to generate insightful reports

WORK ARRANGEMENT:

• Monday to Friday (On-site)
• 8am-6:30pm or 9am-7:30pm
• Office Location: Bagumbayan Libis, Quezon City (near Eastwood)
