Internal Controls Officer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and assess internal controls across finance, operations, and inventory
• Conduct risk assessments to identify gaps and inefficiencies
• Perform internal reviews to ensure policy and regulatory compliance
• Work with departments to improve controls and preventive measures
• Monitor compliance and follow up on audit recommendations
• Help document and improve SOPs
• Prepare reports and presentations on risks and control effectiveness
• Promote a strong culture of internal control and compliance

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy is required ; CPA qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years of audit or internal controls experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, or a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks, risk management, and audit procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various departments.

WORK ARRANGEMENT:

• Monday to Friday (On-site)
• 8:00am-6:30pm or 9:00am-7:30pm
• Office Location: Bagumbayan Libis QC, near Eastwood.
