Internal IT Administrator

The Internal IT Administrator is responsible for managing the company's overall IT infrastructure while providing technical support to ensure uninterrupted business operations. In addition to overseeing information technology systems, the role is responsible for monitoring IT assets, maintaining warehouse equipment, managing company vehicle maintenance and tracking, coordinating procurement activities, and handling various administrative and external transactions. The position plays a vital role in ensuring operational efficiency, data security, asset accountability, and the smooth execution of support services across the organization.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related field.
2. At least 1 year of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related role.
3. Knowledgeable in computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
4. Familiar with IT asset management, data backup, and basic cybersecurity practices.
5. Experience in procurement, vehicle maintenance coordination, and equipment monitoring is an advantage.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
7. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
8. Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
9. Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License and be able to drive four-wheel vehicles.
