As an office-based Internal Key Relationship Manager, you'll help in managing a portfolio of key clients, identifying opportunities to grow these accounts, and ensuring seamless execution of their projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key clients through proactive communication and strategic account planning.
• Seek out new opportunities within existing accounts and generate new business leads.
• Prepare accurate quotes, process orders, and manage invoicing for your clients.
• Collaborate with internal production teams and attend daily WIP meetings.
• Oversee any outsourcing requirements and liaise with subcontractors as needed.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide weekly reporting to the Head of Sales.
• Support the sales team where needed and contribute to the company’s broader growth goals.

• Proven experience in account management, preferably in the print or signage industry.
• Strong quoting and project management skills with commercial awareness.
• Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
