INTERNAL MANAGER

Yugo Roofing is looking for a driven, experienced and people-focused Manager to join our team and help take the company to the next level.

We are looking for someone who understands our customers, can lead and manage people effectively, has strong knowledge of the roofing and building industry, and is focused on sales growth and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, lead and motivate staff to achieve company goals.
• Build a positive, productive and professional working environment.
• Deal confidently and fairly with staff issues, conflict and disciplinary matters.
• Address poor performance, misconduct, absenteeism and other workplace issues in a professional and consistent manner.
• Ensure staff follow company policies, procedures and standards.
• Drive sales and consistently work towards achieving and exceeding targets.
• Grow the company’s customer base and develop strong customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the overall growth of Yugo Roofing.
• Understand customer needs and provide the correct roofing and building solutions.
• Assist customers with building plans, measurements and roofing requirements.
• Have a strong working knowledge of roofing products, building materials and building supplies.
• Work closely with the team to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
• Monitor sales and staff performance and take action where improvements are needed.
• Lead by example and hold the team accountable for their responsibilities.
• Contribute ideas and strategies that will improve the company’s growth, profitability and service.

Pay: R13 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
