What they need
Responsible for document and records control, internal quality audits, and QMS compliance in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements. Assists in audit planning, documentation, monitoring of corrective actions, and maintenance of quality records. Reviews travel expenses, disposal reports, RFID usage, and discrepancy reports, and prepares Non-Compliance Reports (NCR) while coordinating with concerned departments to ensure proper corrective action and compliance with company policies and procedures.
