Internal Quality Engineer

We are looking for a driven and hands-on Internal Quality Engineer to strengthen our Quality team. This is a highly cross-functional role where you will work closely with Production, Purchasing, Planning, Service and our Quality Engineers to solve problems, prevent disruptions and continuously raise our standards.

The role

You will be close to production, responding quickly when quality deviations arise and driving issues through to resolution. With a structured mindset and a passion for improvement, you will help ensure that every component and every process meets the standards behind a Koenigsegg.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Investigating non-conformities and preparing quality reports
• Creating, managing and following up internal quality claims
• Acting as the first point of contact with suppliers when quality issues arise
• Supporting production with quality-related decisions and problem-solving
• Assessing compliance with technical drawings, specifications, company standards and customer orders
• Coordinating actions across Production, Planning, Purchasing and Service to maintain an uninterrupted production flow
• Preparing reports and statistics relating to claims and scrap costs
• Working closely with Quality Engineers to strengthen processes and prevent recurring issues
• Supporting projects and driving continuous improvements in processes and procedures

You are structured, responsive and comfortable working at a fast pace. You can manage several priorities without losing focus and enjoy collaborating across different teams. When a challenge appears, you take ownership, get to the root of the issue and find a way forward.

To Succeed In This Role, You Should Have

• Relevant technical education or equivalent professional experience
• Good knowledge of technical drawings
• Experience using measurement equipment
• Knowledge of quality tools and methods, such as TQM, Six Sigma, 5S or Kaizen
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Professional fluency in both Swedish and English
• A valid driving licence
• Experience with Monitor ERP is considered an advantage.
