Internal Recruiter

Work environment: Hybrid (office in Mortsel)

Contract: Negotiable (freelance, part-time, or full-time)

About The Position Due to our strong growth and the increasing demand within the petrochemical, chemical, and pharmaceutical sectors, we aim to structurally strengthen our influx of technical and operational talent. Therefore, we are looking for an Internal Recruiter .

You will be responsible for the full recruitment and selection of candidates for our projects and will serve as the primary point of contact between candidates, project management, and leadership.

Your Responsibilities

• Drafting and posting job vacancies on relevant channels (website, job boards, social media).
• Actively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and your own network.
• Screening CVs and conducting initial telephone and personal intake interviews.
• Coordinating the entire application process, from initial contact to offer.
• Monitoring the influx for ongoing and future projects, in close consultation with project management.
• Maintaining and expanding a pool of qualified candidates within E&I, construction, and pre-commissioning.
• Supporting the onboarding of new employees.
• Reporting on the progress of open vacancies to management.

Your Profile

• Experience in recruitment and selection, preferably within a technical, industrial, or project-driven environment.
• You work in a structured and independent manner, maintaining an overview of multiple open vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and a keen ability to assess candidates.
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English is required.

Education & experience

Education: Bachelor’s in HR, Business Management, or equivalent through experience

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
