We are a licensed recruitment consultancy looking for a motivated and people-focused Recruiter to join our growing team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Hunt for the right talent across job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referral networks
• Reach out and build genuine rapport with potential candidates
• Screen and assess candidates through phone and face-to-face interviews
• Prepare clear and concise candidate profiles for internal review
• Schedule and coordinate interviews seamlessly
• Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
• Continuously find smarter ways to attract and source talent

You'll Thrive Here If You:

• At least 1-2 years of hands-on recruiting experience with a search agency or an in-house recruiting team
• Experience in high-volume or mass recruitment.
• Training will be provided for those without experience
• Are eager to learn and grow in the recruitment industry
