Our client is seeking an Internal Recruiter to manage hiring across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, from intake through offer acceptance.
• Source and engage passive candidates.
• Screen candidates and partner with hiring managers on selection.
• Manage interviews, references, and candidate communication.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking and improve recruiting processes.

Qualifications

• Recruiting experience with demonstrated sourcing success.
• Ability to manage multiple searches across different functions.
• Strong communication, organization, and candidate assessment skills.
• Agency recruiting experience is a plus.
• Available to work onsite five days per week in Durham.
