The Role

• Drive full-cycle internal recruitment, partnering with department leads to define hiring needs and manage talent pipelines from sourcing to onboarding.
• Design and execute rigorous screening and vetting processes tailored to scale EmergeTech’s internal growth.
• Build a strong employer brand and talent community for internal roles across multiple departments.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of internal recruitment or agency sourcing experience, with a strong track record of hiring across recruitment and account manager roles.
• Technical Mastery: Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Boolean search strings,and modern recruitment tools.
• Schedule: Fixed shift options available for either UK or US working hours.

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
