Job Title: Internal Recruiter Non-IT Recruitment

Location: Bangalore, HSR Layout
Experience Required: 12 Years
CTC: 3 LPA

We are hiring an Internal Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.

Mandatory Requirements

• Only candidates with Non-IT recruitment experience should apply.
• Experience in internal hiring is mandatory.
• IT recruiters are not eligible for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for internal hiring.
• Hiring Recruiters, Team Leads, and Managers.
• Sourcing and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews.
• Candidate follow-ups and stakeholder coordination.
• Managing the recruitment process until onboarding.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in candidate sourcing and pipeline management.
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.

Language Requirements

• English (Mandatory)
• Kannada (Mandatory)
• Telugu (Mandatory)

CTC: 3,00,000 per annum
