What they need
Uraian Tugas:
- Menerima serta memproses laporan insentif sales/spg/ba
- Screening program sales
- Pembuatan dan pengiriman surat-menyurat (MoU, slow moving product/discontinue)
- Penghubung pihak eksternal dan internal melalui telepon/email (yang berhubungan dengan sales/merketing)
- Membuat laporan pricelist terbaru kepada distributor dan sales
- Membuat laporan bulanan estimasi pesanan oleh distributor/stock
- Mambuat laporan forecasting tahunan
- Supporting kebutuhan staff dan direksi sales/marketing
Spesifikasi Jabatan:
· Pendidikan minimal S1 (semua jurusan)
· Pengalaman 1 tahun di posisi yang sama (lebih diutamakan)
· Mampu mengoperasikan komputer
· Mengerti penggunaan microsoft excel & word (lookup & pivot)
· Komunikatif, mampu bernegoisasi, dan berkepribadian hangat
· Dapat menangani tekanan dan bekerja sama di dalam tim
· Kemampuan analisa yang kuat, manajemen waktu, dan berorganisasi
