Prior experience working in Hardware or Building such as Bunnings would be favourable.

The Position Involves:

• Preparing quotes and accurately processing customer orders
• Responding to product and technical enquiries
• Answering incoming calls and responding to emails
• Providing professional and friendly customer service
• Coordinating stock availability and deliveries with yard staff
• Receiving and processing incoming goods
• Assisting with stock control and purchasing
• Managing returns, invoices and special-order items
• Liaising with suppliers and updating pricing and discounts in the online system
• Providing general administrative support

What we are looking for:

• A team player who can also work independently
• Experience in timber, construction, or hardware such as Bunnings is a bonus
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Pronto preferred)
• Excellent communication, literacy, and numeracy
• POS experience and a customer-first attitude
• Physically fit and comfortable with some manual handling
• Must be open to completing a pre-employment medical check

No Industry experience? Not a problem!
