Internal Sales / Bookkeeping

Great opportunity exists for an enthusiastic hands-on Internal Sales/ Bookkeeping person in the Electrical cabling, Power Distribution and Event/Entertainment Industry.

We are a direct importer of electrical cabling & related products located in Moorebank. We are currently seeking a self-motivated Internal Sales/ Book Keeping person to join our small & friendly team in a general sales and sales support role, some warehouse duties.

Duties will include:

* Internal Sales

* Bookkeeping

* Answering telephone calls and liaising with clients

* Maintain & grow allocated accounts.

* Supporting sales team.

* Entering & confirming sales orders.

* Booking in shipments

* General office duties

Requirements:-

* Clear, fluent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to fit-in as a friendly and helpful team member.

* Self Motivated.

* To work with minimal supervision.

* Practical thinking, use common sense.

* Motor Vehicle license.

* Forklift license would be an advantage but not essential.

* Able to work Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.

Some knowledge of the Electrical / Event / Entertainment Industry would be an advantage but not essential.
