About the role

Ram Tapware is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Internal Sales professional to join our team on a full-time basis in Eagle Farm, QLD. This is a key customer-facing position that will play a vital role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our clients. As an Internal Sales representative, you will be the voice of Ram Tapware, managing inbound and outbound sales enquiries, processing orders, and providing expert product knowledge to customers across various channels. Your contribution will directly impact our revenue growth and customer satisfaction levels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels, responding promptly and professionally
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correct before submission
• Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers to meet their specific needs, training will be given
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records in the company's systems
• Contribute and support colleagues in delivering excellent customer service

What we're looking for

• Experience in an internal sale, tele sales, or customer service role is preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage customers professionally
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy
• Knowledge of the plumbing or tapware industry (desirable)
• A positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to continuous improvement
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
