Heatleys Safety, Industrial & Hardware is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales / Customer Service Officer to join our Bunbury team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting customers across phone, email, and in-store enquiries while contributing to the overall success of the branch.

The Role

As part of our Internal Sales team, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
• Processing orders, quotes, returns, and customer enquiries accurately and efficiently
• Building strong customer relationships and identifying customer needs
• Supporting sales growth through proactive service and product support
• Assisting with stock replenishment, merchandising, and general branch administration
• Maintaining accurate customer and sales records
• Working collaboratively with the wider team to achieve branch targets
• Contributing to a safe, organised, and positive workplace environment

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Previous customer service or internal sales experience, ideally within trade, industrial, retail, or wholesale environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
• The ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Confidence using computer systems and CRM/order processing platforms
• A positive, team-focused mindset
