Internal Sales - Customer Service

• $68,687 per annum + Super, depending on experience
• Full-time position with an immediate start
• Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm

About the Client

Our Client is a leading supplier servicing customers across the industrial and safety sectors. This role provides the opportunity to work within a customer-focused team supporting trade and business customers.

What You Will Be Doing

As an Internal Sales/Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for the below duties:

• Manage customer enquiries and provide customer service over the phone
• Support sales representatives with customer and sales enquiries
• Key and process customer orders accurately
• Complete data entry and maintain accurate customer information
• Use CRM systems to manage customer interactions and information
• Assist customers at the trade desk when required

What You Will Need

To be successful in this role you will need to have the below:

• Current Driver’s Licence
• Previous internal sales or customer service experience
• Industrial or safety industry experience highly preferred
• Experience using CRM systems, with HubSpot highly preferred
• Strong communication and data entry skills
