Internal Sales Engineer

 Coordinate installation and commissioning of filter press machines at customer sites.

 Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, and on-site visits.

 Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues.

 Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.

 Respond promptly to customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

 Coordinate with the production, design, and spare parts departments to resolve technical

issues.

 Identify customer requirements for spare parts and service contracts.

 Prepare and submit service reports after each customer visit.

 Maintain records of service history, warranty claims, and customer feedback.

 Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety procedures.

 Build strong customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Coordination & Technical Support:

 Coordinate with customers for installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and

breakdown service.

 Liaise with Production, Assembly, and Design teams to resolve technical issues and implement

machine modifications.

 Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, and Logistics for timely availability, procurement, and

dispatch of spare parts and service materials.

 Work with the Sales team on customer feedback, warranty claims, AMC renewals, and service

opportunities.

 Plan and coordinate field service activities with service technicians and engineers.

 Follow up with customers to ensure timely issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.

 Collaborate with internal departments to ensure service requests are completed within agreed

timelines.

 Prepare and submit service reports, warranty records, pending issue updates, and customer

feedback.

 Coordinate customer training on machine operation, maintenance, and safety after installation

and commissioning.



Required Skills:

 Strong knowledge of filter press machines, hydraulic systems, pumps, valves, and process

equipment.

 Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

 Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

 Ability to read engineering drawings and technical manuals.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM software is an advantage.

 Strong time management and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
