About the Role

As an Internal Sales Representative, you'll be a key point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while helping drive branch growth and success.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing sales orders via phone, email and over the trade counter
• Providing product advice and practical solutions to customers
• Preparing quotations and following up sales opportunities
• Building strong relationships with trade and commercial customers
• Supporting key accounts and working closely with our external sales team
• Managing stock enquiries, pricing requests and product availability
• Identifying opportunities to grow sales and improve customer outcomes
• Maintaining strong product knowledge across electrical and associated product categories
• Contributing to branch targets and overall team performance

About You

• Electrical wholesale
• Trade sales or trade counter environments
• Internal sales or customer service roles
• Electrical, construction or industrial industries
