HRE Performance Wheels – Internal Sales Representative (Full-Time)

HRE Performance Wheels is seeking a full-time Internal Sales Representative to support and drive sales efforts across our product lines in accordance with our company’s values, goals, and strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage internal sales for all HRE wheel lines

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers

• Support events, marketing, and other sales-related initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

• Proven track record of excellent customer service

• Professional, articulate, and able to engage a discerning, global clientele

• Multilingual abilities and/or international living experience is a strong plus

• This role is not for high-pressure or fast-talking sales types—our approach is consultative and relationship-driven

• Comfortable offering and receiving constructive feedback

• Willingness to travel as needed

• Quick learner with the ability to confidently discuss technical specifications (training will be provided)

• Above all, integrity is essential—we must be able to trust you

Salary

• Includes Base Salary, Commission, Bonuses so has significant growth potential

• $70K-$85K/annually estimated to start
