Internal Sales Representative

About the role

You'll be first point of contact for our customers – handling enquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, and supporting our remote sales teams. It's a varied role that suits someone who's organised and enjoys speaking with all types of customers.

Key responsibilities

• Responding to customer calls and emails promptly and professionally
• Processing orders and maintaining CRM records
• Supporting remote salespeople and partners with project and product support
• Preparing hardware schedules, project specifications, and quotes accurately and on time
• Proactively working with our team and customers to find opportunities and find better solutions for our customers

About you

• Experience in sales support or customer service
• Strong computer skills including CRM systems
• Sharp attention to detail and good at juggling priorities
• Knowledge of the building or construction industry is a plus
