Internal Sales Representative

With our recent expansion into a newly upgraded facility in Durban North and our upcoming transition to a 24-hour commercial printing operation, our production capacity and turnaround capabilities are stronger than ever.

What You Will Do

• Business Development: Actively prospect, generate leads, and identify new business opportunities across various commercial sectors.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting partnerships with clients, acting as their trusted print and branding advisor.
• Consultative Selling: Analyze customer needs and present tailored, high-quality print solutions leveraging our comprehensive services—including digital, large format, packaging, signage, and promotional items.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact and quoting to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: A proven track record in B2B sales (2+ years preferred). Experience within the commercial print, signage, or packaging industry is a strong advantage.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Drive: A self-starter with a dynamic, results-driven mindset and the resilience to pursue new business.
