SUMMARY: Well-established company based on the East Rand seeks Internal Sales Representatives to join their team!

POSITION INFO: Minimum Requirements: Matric 3+ years' internal sales, business development or account management experience Proven new business development and target achievement CRM/ERP experience MS Office and Teams proficiency Strong verbal and written communication Advantageous: Hospitality, FMCG or wholesale experience Main Duties: Generate new business within the hospitality sector Cold call, email and generate leads Build and manage a sales pipeline Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals Convert leads and achieve sales targets Maintain and grow existing customer accounts Identify upselling and repeat business opportunities Handle customer queries, orders, deliveries and concerns Process orders and maintain accurate CRM/ERP records Prepare sales reports and liaise with procurement, warehouse and logistics
