Internal Sales Representative

Are you a motivated Customer Service or Internal Sales Representative looking for your next challenge? We want you on our sales team in Yarraville!

You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and supporting the wider sales team. You'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and helping our customers get the products they need, when they need them.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
• Prepare and follow up on quotations
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide product information, pricing, and lead times
• Liaise with production and dispatch teams at our head office in Sydney to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Support external sales representatives as required

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in internal sales or customer service, ideally in industrial or technical products
• Strong communication and relationship skills
• Customer focused with a proactive approach
• Ability to work in collaboration with other team members to achieve the same goal
• Comfortable in learning technical product details
