Internal Sales/Customer Service

About the role

DMK Forest Products is looking for a friendly and organised Internal Sales / Customer Service team member to join our Banyo office. If you enjoy providing great customer service, this could be the right opportunity for you.

Key responsibilities

• Helping customers by phone, email, and in person
• Answering product questions and providing practical support
• Processing orders accurately and following them through
• Checking product availability and helping maintain records
• Following up enquiries and spotting new sales opportunities
• Supporting the external sales team when needed

About you

• Customer service or internal sales experience
• Wood panel industry knowledge or a strong willingness to learn
• Clear communication and a helpful, customer-focused approach
• Good attention to detail when handling orders and information
• Confidence using computers and learning new systems
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
