Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the internal security team across all branches.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and security activities at all branches.
• Ensure implementation of security policies and procedures.
• Prevent theft, fraud, and unauthorized activities.
• Conduct branch visits and inspect security arrangements.
• Coordinate with branch managers and security staff.
• Investigate security incidents and report findings to management.
• Maintain daily security reports and team performance records.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 year of experience in security supervision or team leadership.
• Ability to manage security teams across multiple branches.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Honest, responsible, alert, and disciplined.
