Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for bringing vehicles back to their best? Price Ford of Simi Valley is seeking a dedicated and organized Internal Service Advisor to oversee the reconditioning process of our pre-owned inventory and ensure every vehicle meets our high standards before hitting the lot.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the reconditioning process for used vehicles
• Communicate with technicians, detailers, and vendors to ensure timely completion of services
• Inspect vehicles for needed repairs, cosmetic improvements, and overall readiness
• Create and manage repair orders and track progress through completion
• Ensure all vehicles meet dealership and manufacturer quality standards
• Maintain accurate records and communicate status updates to the sales team

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive service or reconditioning coordination preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
