Internal Tools Engineer

The Role

Feraset Tools is the internal tool our teams use every day to manage ads, content, pricing, and more. We’re looking for an engineer to build it and, increasingly, to build AI agents on top of it.

You’ll own internal tools end to end: from understanding what a team needs, to designing the solution, building it across the full stack, and integrating AI agents that take the work further. Every tool you ship directly shapes how our teams operate day to day, and you’ll work closely with the people who use them, so understanding what they really need matters just as much as building it.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build new tools and features for Feraset Tools across the frontend and backend.
• Build agentic workflows on top of our internal tools to automate and speed up business processes.
• Work closely with marketing, content, and other teams to understand their needs, and propose the right solution, even when it’s not exactly what was asked for.
• Take what you build from idea to production, and keep improving it over time.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years of hands-on development experience.
• Hands-on full stack experience on real projects, both frontend and backend. Our stack is TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, and GCP. You don’t need to know all of it, but you do need to have built across the stack.
• A solid understanding of how AI agents work, ideally from having built one yourself. This is something you’ll need to bring with you.
• Strong communication. You can listen to what a team is asking for and say, “Here’s what you actually need.” Technical strength alone isn’t enough for this role.
• Comfortable working in English.
• Experience with agent SDKs (e.g. Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK), experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
