What they need
- Graduate of a vocational course or bachelor's degree, preferably in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Servicing, Education, Human Resources or a related field.
- With at least three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience in conducting training, coaching, and employee skills development, specializing in automotive sales, after-sales service, technical operations, or training and development
- Proven strong coaching, communication and interpersonal skills
- Possesses strong presentation & facilitation of training, learning modules whether face to face or through online/virtual.
- Capable of developing training plans, learning modules, instruction materials and competency assessment tools
- With backround in Truck Builder Productions and knowledgeable to Hydraulic Machineries.
