Already hold your Series 7 & 63 and ready to build a career in sales within asset management?

If you're looking to move beyond a traditional support role and get onto the revenue-driving side of the business , this is an excellent opportunity to launch your career in investment distribution.

** This position is NOT and will NEVER BE a "100% commission" position! **

The Role:

• Partner with an experienced Regional Director / External counterpart to grow and develop a sales territory.
• Build relationships with financial advisors through proactive outbound calls.
• Present investment strategies with confidence and professionalism.
• Generate qualified sales opportunities and build pipeline.
• Develop long-term advisor relationships through consistent follow-up.
• Track activity and sales progress within the CRM.
• Execute a daily call strategy in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

What We're Looking For:

• 1–3+ years of financial services experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Active FINRA Series 7 & 63 required — Series 65 is a big plus.
• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.
• Competitive, resilient, and highly motivated to succeed.
• Organized, coachable, and eager to learn.
• Looking to build a long-term career in asset management sales.
