Internation Recruitment Resourcer

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and people-focused International Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing recruitment team.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and engaging talented candidates from international markets. You will work closely with our recruitment consultants and clients to build strong candidate pipelines and help connect skilled professionals with exciting career opportunities.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent communication skills, and is interested in international recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, databases, and other recruitment channels.

• Conduct initial candidate screening.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of international candidates.

• Identify and source suppliers globally.

• Coordinate interviews and assist candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases.

• Conduct reference checks and collect required candidate documentation where appropriate.

• Work closely with recruitment consultants and hiring managers to understand candidate requirements.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with candidates from different countries and cultural backgrounds.

• Stay informed about international recruitment trends, talent markets, and relevant visa/work-right requirements.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised and able to manage multiple candidates and vacancies.

• Proactive, enthusiastic, and target driven.

• Comfortable making phone calls and communicating via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

• Detail-oriented with good administration and record-keeping skills.

• Interested in recruitment, talent acquisition, and international employment.

• Prefer recruitment or talent sourcing experience
