Eligibility

• Undergraduate or Graduate
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience (Any Industry/BPO/Customer Service)
• Bangalore-based candidates are preferred
• Immediate Joiners Only

What We're Looking For

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent
• Strong verbal communication, pronunciation, and active listening skills
• Ability to confidently interact with international customers
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Positive attitude with a customer-first approach
• Comfortable working in rotational night shifts

This is a customer-facing international role. Candidates should have fluent English communication with minimal to no Mother Tongue Influence (MTI). A communication assessment will be conducted during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer interactions professionally and confidently
• Resolve customer queries with accuracy, empathy, and efficiency
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining service quality
• Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams whenever required
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
