Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Banking Process. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong customer-handling abilities, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer interactions for international banking customers.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
• Deliver a professional and high-quality customer experience.
• Handle customer queries with patience, empathy, and confidence.
• Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow company policies, processes, and compliance requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in any industry, BPO, customer service, or international voice process.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong pronunciation, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently with international customers.
• Comfortable working in rotational night shifts.
• Bangalore-based candidates preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Communication Requirements

Since this is an international customer-facing role, candidates must have fluent English communication with a clear and neutral accent.

A communication assessment will be conducted as part of the interview process. Candidates with strong verbal communication and minimal Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) are preferred.
