Job Summary

We are looking for confident and target-oriented *Business Development Executives* to join its US Healthcare process. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with US customers, explaining healthcare-related services, generating business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US customers and potential clients.

• Explain healthcare services, their benefits, and pricing.

• Generate leads, convert prospects, and achieve sales targets.

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.

• Follow company procedures and applicable US healthcare compliance guidelines.

• Build strong customer relationships and coordinate with internal teams.

Required Skills

• Good English communication skills.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

• Comfortable working in the US night shift.

• Prior experience in international BPO, telecalling, or US healthcare sales is preferred.

Eligibility Criteria

• *Qualification:* HSC / Graduate.

• Freshers with good communication and sales skills can apply.

• Experience in international BPO or healthcare sales will be an added advantage.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
