International Business Development (Engineering - Intern)

Jade Halo Bridge (JHB) builds and runs dedicated Vietnam sales teams for international brands. Our clients include companies from US, Germany and across Europe that are bringing their products to Vietnam's growing manufacturing sector.

We are looking for an International Business Development Intern to join JHB's in-house team and support the growth of our Sales Agent services. This internship offers hands-on experience in international B2B business development, market research, and sales operations, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.

Role Description

1. Business Development

• Identify potential clients, gather their contact information, and introduce JHB's services through calls, emails, meetings, and industry events;
• Reach out to prospective clients and support the development of a pipeline of qualified business opportunities;
• Set up introductory meetings and manage meeting schedules effectively;
• Follow up with prospective clients regarding meetings, proposals, and ongoing business opportunities;
• Support business development initiatives and market expansion activities.

2. Relationship Building

• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders;
• Support client communications and follow up on business development activities;
• Attend industry events and networking activities to expand professional connections.

3. Other Tasks

• Ensure client and prospect databases are consistently updated and maintained;
• Ensure business development reports are updated in a timely manner;
• Support other related tasks as assigned.

Our ideal candidate profile

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field);
• Passionate about international business development and B2B sales;
• Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and a growth mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning;
• Fluent in English; German is a plus;
• Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve goals and objectives.
