International Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement product marketing strategies and plans for entry into new countries.
• Monitor and ensure the execution of sales and distribution plans aligns with established goals.
• Oversee promotional and marketing activities to ensure alignment with the export marketing strategy.
• Ensure effective execution and monitoring of business plans, focusing on P&L achievement.
• Manage and supervise the product registration and variation processes in compliance with the regulations and permits of the target country.
• Drive sales efforts for OEM products and toll manufacturing partnerships to expand business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in international business development.
• In-depth understanding of the sales process within the FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical thinking and a keen business acumen.
