International Chat Process

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide email and chat support to customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process customer requests, respond to emails, and update records accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies regarding data protection.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in an international non-voice environment (email process).
• Strong communication skills for effective written correspondence with customers.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
