International Chat Process

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through international chat support.
• Provide prompt and accurate solutions to customer issues.
• Understand customer requirements and resolve queries professionally.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
• Handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
• Follow company processes, policies, and quality guidelines.
• Document customer interactions and update relevant information in CRM/tools.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets related to productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain proper response time and adherence to service-level requirements.

Pay: Up to ₹650,000.00 per year

Experience:

• International chat process: 1 year (Preferred)
