US E-commerce Chat/Email Support

Job Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound customer chats and emails related to orders, products, and deliveries.

* Assist customers with issues involving incorrect, damaged, missing, or delayed products.

* Resolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.

* Provide accurate information regarding orders, returns, refunds, replacements, and delivery status.

* Maintain quality standards and achieve assigned performance metrics.

* Ensure professional communication and timely resolution of customer concerns.

Eligibility Criteria:

* Freshers are welcome to apply.

* Excellent English communication skills (B2H level).

* HSC pass or Graduate, as per process eligibility.

Shift & Working Days:

* 5 days working.

* 2 rotational weekly offs.

* US shift (night shift).

Employment Type:

* 1-year contract.
