Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries via chat, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• Provide accurate and timely responses to customers' queries through various communication channels (email, phone, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company policies while interacting with customers.

Job Requirements :

• 0-5 years of experience in an international BPO or call center environment.
• Strong English language skills for effective communication with customers worldwide.
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
