Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries through various channels such as email, web chat, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient way.
• Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in an International BPO environment with expertise in blended processes (semi-voice).
• Strong communication skills for handling international chats and emails effectively.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
