Position: Customer Service / Banking Process International BPO

Location: Goregaon

Salary: 3.5 LPA to 4.2 LPA

Shift: Rotational 247 shifts, including night shifts

Working Days: 5 Days Working

Week Off: 2 Rotational Offs

• Cab: One-way cab facility provided
• Eligibility & Requirements
• Graduation is mandatory
• CIBIL score of 680+ is mandatory
• Experience in Banking Process is mandator OR Experience in Non-Voice / Back-Office Process is required
• Good English communication skills are mandatory
• Candidates should be comfortable working in 247 rotational shifts, including night shifts
• Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer/banking-related queries through the assigned process
• Process and verify customer information and banking transactions
• Maintain accuracy and follow process guidelines
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of queries
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and banking information
