What they need
Roles & Responsibilities
- Chat Management: Handle multiple customer chats at the same time with speed and accuracy.
- Customer Support: Resolve complaints, answer product questions, and guide users through technical steps.
- Upselling & Cross-selling: Spot customer needs during chats and pitch upgraded features, plans, or add-ons.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly goals for customer satisfaction (CSAT) and sales conversion.
- Documentation: Update customer details and chat logs accurately in the CRM software.
Preferred Candidate
- Minimum 1 yr. experience in the International Voice Process.
- Minimum 1 yr. experience in BPO domain.
- Fluent English required.
- 12th grade can also apply.
- Comfortable with Night shift.
