International CHAT Service Representative

Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through international chat support.
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
• Handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining response quality.
• Follow defined processes, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Document customer interactions and update relevant systems.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Meet defined CSAT, AHT, quality, and productivity targets.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Graduate candidates preferred.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
• Candidates with experience in international BPO/customer service will be preferred.
