What Youll Do

Handle customer queries through international live chat
Provide quick and accurate resolutions
Maintain excellent customer experience
Coordinate with internal teams whenever required
Work in a professional international customer-support environment

Good English communication & writing skills
Basic computer knowledge
Good typing speed & accuracy
Customer-focused attitude
Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts
