Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Shifts: Rotational

Cab: Both-side cab facility

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and concerns through chat professionally.
• Provide clear, step-by-step resolutions to customers.
• Maintain a positive and customer-centric communication style.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Identify customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Adapt quickly to new processes, tools, and technologies.
• Follow defined processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
• Manage multiple chats efficiently while maintaining accuracy.

Required Skills

• Excellent written English communication C1 proficiency.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong grammar, comprehension, and sentence formation.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
