Job Overview

We are hiring candidates for International Chat Support for a US Tech & Retail process. Candidates should have strong written English communication skills and at least 6 months of experience in international chat or voice support.

• Salary: Up to ₹4,00,000 per annum (₹4.0 LPA)
• Shift: Rotational shifts
• Transport: Both-side cab / TA, as applicable

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through live chat.
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain professional written communication in English.
• Assist customers with technology and retail-related queries.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and meet performance targets.

Required Skills

• Strong written English communication.
• Minimum 6 months of international chat or voice support experience.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
